The hotel is clean and has consistently courteous staff. Great location close to everything, love the riverwalk. The modern room was neat. Outstanding food in the restaurant, sumptuous and warm breakfast with eggs, bacon, and pastries. I had a very nice stay for a wedding.

The room had everything I needed - a microwave for quick snacks, a coffee and tea maker for my morning pick-me-up, and a fridge to keep drinks cold. The breakfast was on the house and delicious, with sausage, waffles, pancakes, and more. 😋 On top of that, every single staff member was super friendly and ready to lend a hand.

Reasonably spacious rooms with convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee-making equipment. Reasonably priced food and quality drinks. Amazing location near interstate, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Freshwater cafe staff were courteous and helpful.

The breakfast here was great - they had hot waffles, sausage, and a variety of other options🥞. My room was super clean and the mattresses were comfy. However, the bathtub was clogged.

The setting of the hotel is lovely, being close to the stadium, shops, and restaurants in a beautiful area. The rooms are spotlessly clean and provide a wonderful view.

I booked an immaculately clean and huge room with coffee/tea makers, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The location was central, beautiful adjacent to the boardwalk. It was also close to the fountain and a beautiful lake surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, Interstate 85, and Shops.

The rooms here were really nice and up-to-date. They had fluffy feather pillows 🛏️ and pretty good views out the windows.

The rooms here are brand-new, tastefully decorated, with a comfortable mattress, and a lovely bathroom; we had an outstanding time and would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Charlotte University Place was a great value for the money with a comfortable room, mini-fridge, and microwave. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and fun activities nearby. The staff, especially Mr. D. Smith from hotel security, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

Breakfast offerings could be improved, particularly the watery and cold eggs.

Room had an amazing view! The food was delicious and the restaurant was really great. Everything here was awesome, definitely coming back next time! 🌟

The room was nicely decorated and incredible with a beautiful view, the condition, the shower and safety measures included smoke detectors.
